This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the InfluenzeAI website and services (the “Service”) and forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to this AUP. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation, without liability.

You must review all AI-generated output before publishing it. InfluenzeAI does not author, endorse, or control your content and accepts no responsibility for it.

You may not use the Service's AI features to generate content that is illegal or prohibited under this AUP, to produce deliberate disinformation, or to evade the safety or content policies of the Service or of any connected platform. You must clearly disclose AI-generated or sponsored content where required by law or platform rules.
Each third-party platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, Medium, Substack, WhatsApp, and others) has its own rules. You are responsible for knowing and complying with them. A platform may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account for content you publish through the Service, and InfluenzeAI is not responsible for any such action.
To report a violation, contact info@influenze.tech. We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement, at our sole discretion and without liability. We are not obligated to monitor content but may do so.
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
