Acceptable Use Policy

You are solely responsible for all content you research, create, generate, schedule, publish, or distribute through the Service, including content produced with the assistance of AI features. You must review all AI-generated output before publishing it. InfluenzeAI does not author, endorse, or control your content and accepts no responsibility for it.

You may not use the Service to create, generate, schedule, or publish content that:

• is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, or that promotes illegal activity;
• infringes any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other right of any third party;
• is defamatory, libellous, harassing, threatening, hateful, or that incites violence or discrimination on the basis of any protected characteristic;
• is sexually explicit, or that sexualises, endangers, or exploits minors in any way;
• contains malware, or facilitates phishing, scams, or other harmful or deceptive code;
• impersonates any person or organisation, or misrepresents your affiliation; or
• discloses another person's private or personal information without authorisation.

You may not:

• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or engage in inauthentic, manipulative, or coordinated activity (e.g. fake engagement, bot networks, artificial amplification);
• violate the terms, policies, community guidelines, or API rules of any third-party platform you connect to the Service;
• circumvent, exceed, or interfere with any platform's rate limits, security, or access controls;
• use the Service to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human oversight and disclosure;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, probe, scan, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as expressly permitted; or
• use the Service in violation of any applicable law, sanction, or export control, including laws governing advertising, endorsements, disclosure, and data protection.

You may not use the Service's AI features to generate content that is illegal or prohibited under this AUP, to produce deliberate disinformation, or to evade the safety or content policies of the Service or of any connected platform. You must clearly disclose AI-generated or sponsored content where required by law or platform rules.

Each third-party platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, Medium, Substack, WhatsApp, and others) has its own rules. You are responsible for knowing and complying with them. A platform may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account for content you publish through the Service, and InfluenzeAI is not responsible for any such action.

To report a violation, contact info@influenze.tech. We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement, at our sole discretion and without liability. We are not obligated to monitor content but may do so.

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
