Information you provide: name, email address, account credentials, billing details, and any content, prompts, or material you submit to the Service ("User Content").

Connected-account data: when you link a third-party platform (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, Medium, Substack, WhatsApp) via OAuth, we receive access tokens and the profile, posting, and analytics data those platforms make available, strictly to provide the features you request. We do not receive or store your passwords for those platforms.

Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, features used, and similar diagnostic information, including via cookies and similar technologies.

Payment data: processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.

We use personal data to: provide, operate, and improve the Service; authenticate you and your connected accounts; generate, schedule, and publish content at your direction; provide customer support; process payments; send service and (where permitted) marketing communications; ensure security and prevent fraud or abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

The Service uses artificial intelligence, including third-party AI model providers, to research, draft, and generate content from your prompts and inputs. Your prompts and the resulting outputs may be transmitted to and processed by these providers solely to deliver the feature you requested. We do not sell your data, and we do not permit our AI providers to use your User Content to train their models except where you have explicitly opted in or where the provider's enterprise terms prohibit such training.

We share personal data with: third-party platforms you connect (to publish or retrieve content you request); service providers and subprocessors (hosting, analytics, AI model providers, payment processors, email delivery) acting on our instructions; and authorities or third parties where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public. We may share data in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal data.

We operate globally and may transfer and store data in countries other than your own, including Singapore. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses for data originating in the EEA/UK) to ensure an adequate level of protection.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.

EEA/UK users have these rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR. Singapore users have rights under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). The Service is not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
