InfluenzeAI workspaces are partitioned environments engineered for high-performing teams. Workspaces allow members to collaborate seamlessly while keeping content schedules, credentials, and settings isolated from other workspaces.

2.2. Connecting Social Media Channels
To publish content directly or schedule drafts, you must authorize your social channels inside the active workspace:
Connect via OAuth 2.0 to link personal profiles or company pages for automated posting.
Authorize via OAuth 2.0 to draft and post tweets and multi-post threads directly from the dashboard.
Log in with Google to enable video script generation, asset uploads, and description publishing.
Link your Instagram Professional account using Facebook Page authentication protocol.
Connect Medium securely using one-time passcode verification emails to push article drafts.
Link Substack profiles using safe, automated browser-based authentication processes.

2.3. Conversational Channels (Email & WhatsApp)
You don't need to be logged into the web console to use Lily. You can interact with her on the channels you already use:
Email Assistant
Forward PDFs, industry links, or raw outlines to your workspace's incoming Lily email address. Lily will read the email, run a research or drafting process, and reply back to you with polished social media drafts.
WhatsApp Companion
Link your phone number in the Settings panel. Send a WhatsApp message to Lily (e.g., What are the hot trends in tech today?) and Lily will reply directly in your chat thread.
